Buyer Registration

We do not run a pre-registration system for buyers.

We do however provide registration forms that can be printed off and brought to the saleground when you attend the auction,
at which point you will be allocated a "Buyer's Number Card" for use at that auction.

There are two main types of registration, please click on the appropriate link to access the form you need.

1: UK Trade Buyer:

Being a UK registered company or person resident in th UK wishing to purchase equipment
The registered buyer must be deemed to be a "Trade" buyer to qualify.
Definition of "Trade Buyer": Person in business buying goods for use within that business or buying items on behalf of a Company ie: not for personal "domestic" use


2: Overseas/ Export Buyer:

Being either an EU or Non EU buyer who is buying equipment for export & who may wish to reclaim VAT (terms & conditions apply)

NB: The registered buyer must not be a UK resident or have a UK registered company to qualify.

EU Buyers: MUST provide a valid EU VAT Registration number at least 5 days prior to the auction day to allow for verification with HMRC.
Zero rating of invoices can only be considered once this information has been validated.

FOR ALL EXPORTS satisfactory proof of shipping will be required in order to qualify for VAT refunds or Zero rating.
